At GRASSMEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and including the completed return form inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
